Shipping and returns policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the item to request a return.

• Items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect.
• Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer unless the product has defects or errors attributable to us.

Once the item has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.

Delivery Times

• Domestic shipping (Spain): Estimated delivery time is 5 business days after payment confirmation.
• International shipping: Estimated delivery time is up to 30 business days, depending on the destination.
